He has successfully led searches at the executive through the board level for well over a decade, placing leading business professionals and executives across numerous disciplines in restaurants, hotels, food service, retail, and other consumer service businesses. Tom was previously an executive partner with the national search firm, The Lucas Group, (est. 1970), where he established and grew the market share of the highly successful Restaurant, Hotel and Food Service Division. Prior to The Lucas Group, Tom was with several multi-national restaurants, hotels, and food service organizations where he provided leadership expertise in operations, strategic growth, talent acquisition, human resources, organizational development and training. Tom is a graduate of California State University in San Francisco and a member of the Alumni Advisory Board of his Alma Mater.

His scope encompasses domestic and international operations, management and development on the corporate as well as the franchise side of the Hospitality Industry. His leadership spans entry-level management to executive-level positions from fast food, fast casual to family dining, casual dining, upscale dining restaurants and hotel concepts in the hospitality industry. His expertise is extensive covering human resources, training and development, marketing, start-ups, brand management & franchising to growth initiatives, business planning and financial management. Christopher is a graduate of The American University in business management and accounting and holds an MBA with emphasis on marketing and global economics.
Surinder “Suzie” Gulshan is a senior consultant with over fifteen years of experience in private equity, investment banking, financial management and accounting. She leads our Strategic Services practice and assists with board member talent acquisition. She holds Series 7, 65, 63 and 24 licenses. Prior to joining Thomas Page International, Suzie worked at a boutique investment banking firm in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and management buyouts, debt restructuring and private placements of debt and equity. Her responsibilities included the development of cash flow forecasts and projections and recasting of restructured operations to reflect cost reduction, consolidation of operations and revenue enhancement initiatives. Her deep understanding and involvement with deal sourcing, structuring, execution, and monitoring has sustained her through a variety of industries as well as two successful small businesses of her own. Suzie is a graduate of Wharton and Pace University in Pennsylvania.
Victor has served as a Human Resource executive for Fortune 100 companies and Global organizations with world-wide operations. He brings significant hands-on talent acquisition experience to our clients including identification, recruiting and successful placement of candidates for top corporate officers and Board of Directors positions for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Victor has a nose for “A” level talent. He recognizes them quickly, finds more when needed and builds the relationship so deals move smoothly when our clients are ready. Victor graduated from the University of Miami in Coral Gables Florida.
