We have one focus: finding leadership and management talent for brick and mortar businesses with repeat customers who come in the front door: restaurants, retailers, hotels, health clubs and other businesses that directly serve the end customer. Defining Results: Our search process starts with partnering with you to clearly define the results you expect this person to deliver. Sometimes that even involves working with you to understand the business opportunity–and determining “how high is high.”
Specifying Talent: We combine our expertise with your business understanding to specify exactly what competencies, experiences and leadership profile are needed to deliver those results. Who you are as a business and what results you need this person to deliver guide us in tightly specifying our target. We also bring our knowledge of the market to help you define what compensation package it will take to get and keep them on your team when we find the right one.
Find The Talent: We use our current talent pool and network to candidates that are in our target—fast. We move quickly because we know exactly who we are looking for and know the “A-level” talent in our space. Then we assess them using the key predictive criteria we’ve specified. When you talk to our candidates–they are who you need.
Select The Talent: As you and your team assess the talent, we are with you and the candidates every step of the way. Guiding the process, getting key candidate information and partnering with you to think through the capabilities and fit to select the person who will deliver the results you expect. We keep things moving–and help you make the right choice. That includes conducting rigorous reference checks to confirm that you’ve made the right choice.
Close The Deal: We work with you and your selected candidate to extend and finalize the offer. We make sure that any issues get addressed effectively and quickly, with an eye on the bottom- line. That get’s your choice in your business and delivering results–quickly. And we stay in touch with you and your new leader to help make sure things move ahead as expected.
